Delivery Times

All delivery times provided on our website are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery schedules, exact delivery times or time slots cannot always be guaranteed.

We may use third-party delivery couriers to fulfil orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email or text message, including delivery updates and, where applicable, a tracking reference.

Delivery Areas

Estimated delivery days and options are displayed at checkout and deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.

 

Hilmas Superstore reserves the right to:

Restrict deliveries to certain locations

Amend or remove delivery coverage in specific areas at any time

Product Availability & Substitutions

All products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions.

To ensure fair availability for all customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products (especially promotional items).

 

If an item is unavailable:

A reasonable substitute may be offered

You will be informed at delivery

You may accept or reject the substitute

Rejected substitute items will be fully refunded

Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

If your delivery is incomplete or contains incorrect items, you must notify us promptly.

You will not be charged for incorrect items.


Our liability is limited to:

The value of the affected goods

The cost of delivery for those goods

Receiving Your Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a responsible person is available at the delivery address during the delivery window.

We may require a signature upon delivery.

 

If no one is available:

The courier may retain the goods

Redelivery will be subject to courier policies

Hilmas Superstore will not be liable for missed deliveries, particularly where perishable or frozen items are involved.

Unattended Deliveries

If you instruct the courier to leave your order unattended, Hilmas Superstore accepts no liability for any issues arising, including but not limited to:

Theft

Tampering

Contamination

Temperature changes affecting chilled or frozen goods

Weather & External Delays

Adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in delayed or cancelled deliveries.

If this occurs, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to rearrange delivery.
Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of goods not delivered and the delivery charge.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer fails to receive, refuses, redirects or cancels a delivery without prior agreement with Hilmas Superstore:

We accept no liability for spoilage or delay

Customers may be charged in full for perishable items and delivery costs

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00pm are usually processed for next-day delivery

Orders must be placed before 10:00am on Friday for Saturday delivery

Orders placed after 12:00pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday

Saturday delivery may attract an additional charge and may not be available in all areas.

Frozen Products

While our packaging is designed to keep frozen products cool and safe during transit, delays in logistics may result in products arriving chilled rather than frozen.

If frozen items arrive unusable due to extended delays, please contact us at:

Customer Support Hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Weekends & public holidays: Closed

Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day.
